Transforming Experiences: Exciting Renovations at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

From 1 May to 31 October 2025, we’re reimagining our spaces to bring you elevated stays and innovative dining experiences. During this time, Elements Restaurant, our all-day dining venue, will be closed for a complete transformation. Rest assured, delightful dining options will continue at the Arcadia Dining Area (ADA) by Elements, overlooking a serene waterfall.

At ADA, guests can continue to enjoy:

• Daily Buffet Breakfast: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
• Taste of Thailand Dinner: 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM

We remain committed to delivering the exceptional Pullman experience you’ve come to know and love. As part of this commitment, guest rooms will be carefully allocated in the upper area of the resort, conveniently located near Float Pool and M Bar, and distanced from the renovation work at Elements.

What Stays Open

To ensure a seamless stay, key facilities such as the Main Lobby, C Bar, Vero Restaurant, Azur Pool, Azur Pool Bar, Dhatri Spa, and Beach Access will remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment.

For those seeking a tranquil retreat, the Float adults-only zone and M Bar will not be impacted thanks to their elevated location, ensuring modern Mexican and margarita enjoyment.

For Families

Please note that guests with children may be more impacted by the renovations, as Elements is situated near the main pool area, which is the designated swimming pool for children under the age of 18.
