• *By booking this offer, the customer agrees to having read and accepted the following conditions:The END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE ” is valid for bookings made at participating hotels in the following countries; Australia, Bahrain, Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, Greater China Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, St Helena, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Zimbabwe (“Participating Hotels”).

• In order for the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE to apply:
(a) the booking must be for a minimum of two nights;
(b) the booking must be made between:
a. Loyalty Members only: 12:01am on Thursday 31 October 2024 (AEDT) and 11:59pm on Wednesday 15 January 2025 (AEDT) (both dates inclusive) and you must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, ALL PLUS or Accor Plus at the time of booking.
b. Non-members: 12:01am on Monday 11 November 2024 and 11.59pm on Wednesday 15 January 2025 (both dates inclusive) for non-loyalty members.(C) the stay must be between Sunday 3 November 2024 and Sunday 27 April 2025 (“Stay Period”). Guests whose bookings commence during the Stay Period and continue after the Stay Period, subject to these terms and conditions, will not receive the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE for that part of their booking which is not during the Stay Period.

• There is a limited allocation of rooms on limited days for sale and the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE is subject to black-out dates, including school holidays and availability. Where the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE is available, it will be shown at the time of booking. Rooms in a participating hotel in excess of this allocation will not be available at the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE.

• Bookings made on the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE must be prepaid in full online at the time of booking and are non-refundable, cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special offers (with the exception of participating hotels in Greater China) except as provided in these terms and conditions.

• Prices are quoted in the local currency of the Participating Hotel (as stipulated at the time of booking) and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated. Exchange rates are given for information purposes only and are non-binding.

• At the time of booking, if the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE is not available for the dates requested, another public rate will be suggested automatically on the rate screen.

• Accor Plus members are eligible to receive their 10% members’ discount on the room rate for two rooms booked on the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE provided that the relevant Participating Hotel is otherwise eligible for such discount under the Accor Plus Terms and Conditions of Membership.

• ALL – Accor Live Limitless and ALL PLUS members are not eligible to receive any further discount (including their ALL Members’ Rate) on the END OF YEAR OFFER – ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA RATE. ALL – Accor Live Limitless members will earn Status points and Reward points in accordance with the ALL Terms and Conditions of Membership.
