GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRE-WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE:

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

­- A non-refundable booking fee of THB 24,500 is required to secure the date. The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event.
­- Package price is quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:

­- Rescheduling is permitted up to 30 days before the scheduled date without penalty, subject to availability.
­- Cancellations within 30 days of the shoot date will incur a 100% charge of the total package price.

OTHER TECHNICAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

COPYRIGHT:

The hotel owns the copyright to all images taken. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission from the hotel.

DISPLAY:

The client agrees that the hotel may use any photographs from the session for business promotion in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, and similar.

LIABILITY:

– ­The hotel is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property during the shoot.
­- In the event of technical failures or circumstances beyond the control of the hotel (such as weather or unforeseen events), the hotel will endeavour to reschedule or offer a refund as appropriate.

FORCE MAJEURE:

If unforeseen circumstances such as natural occurrences or other major disruptions prevent the session from occurring, both parties are free from liability or obligation to perform the agreement.
